MistuFem Group programs empower your managers to overcome problems common to companies and organizations. Our presentations and workshops also help employees tap their potential for intrapreneurship, leadership of others, and positive self-leadership.

Is customer service occasionally less than what it could be when team members don’t effectively communicate needs, goals, and situations?

Do lower level managers lack initiative because they feel like managers above them just overwrite all their efforts anyway?

“Become a Person of Influence” and “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect” (for team leaders and team members tapped for leadership potential): Eight sessions lasting one to two hours each. These John Maxwell Team programs give organizational leaders at all levels new and exciting tools for mastering collaboration, influence, and buy-in – moving beyond communicating to connecting. These tools enable leaders to motivate more employees and actualize more great ideas, which in turn reinvigorates the entire team to be more creative, inclusive, participative, and effective.

True Colors® Programs for Business, Education, Government, and Charities: This program has a track record of over 40 years of successful implementation in business. It improves your workplace culture by training all levels of employees, from executives and managers to front-line staff, to recognize their greatest strengths and to create more collaborative environments.

"iLead / iChoose": The programs are for youth, teenage students, and young adults. Thirty-minute workshops, with one session per month recommended. With today's sensational media, so many people outside of leadership roles become infected with negative and false impressions of influence and management - and even of participation in the institutions that would better their lives. The iLead program teaches a healthy understanding of leadership and influence and how to use these principles to be better team members, collaborators, community members, and leaders. The iChoose program helps participants find opportunities to make their own choices, recognize when they are making choices, predict the outcomes, and use choice to better their own lives.

“Leadership Game” (Participation depends on the strategic needs and assessment of the organization. For everyone from C-level executives to employees with leadership potential): The Leadership Game is a diagnostic tool that reveals leadership gaps and growth gaps that hold back individuals and the organization.

“Leadership Gold” (for administration): Monthly or quarterly sessions lasting one to two hours. Curriculum includes timeless principles of leadership, taking action to invest in potential leaders around you, and John Maxwell’s most valuable lessons from forty years of leading.
